"I must admit that I am struggling with this bong but it's most likely because I have no experience with percolators style bongs. I actually think it should come with an instruction manual for people like me. You have to fill it exactly to a certain point or you'll cop bong water in your mouth. Also unsure if it's best filling it from the base (where the stem is) or directly through the top of the bong. . . The next session the water will always be at the top and you have to change the water for each session even if it's still clean. I may have to reach out to customer service for tips because I'm not loving this bong. Was really excited to smoke out of it too!"
